L'alterego di Bono MacPhisto debutta durante il bis di questo concerto, rimpiazzando l'alterego del 1992, Mirrorball Man, che era una parodia televangelista. MacPhisto appare durante il bis di tutti i successivi concerti dello ZOO TV ed è anche sul Zoo TV Live From Sydney che sarà rilasciato in DVD. Alcuni aspetti della saranno diversi dalla leg dell'Outside Broadcast 1992 , ma la scaletta è in gran parte invariata.
